- A brand new website with improve lot analysis tools, general website navigation and a more modernised format
- Technical training and knowledge for our sales and customer service team to help assist with any product queries
- Next day express delivery service on orders placed by noon
- Same day customer collections for orders placed by noon
- New 25kg bags introduced to improve pallet stability for delivery
- New product ranges introduced
- A hop contract discount structure – retrospective discount for volume contracts
