The first step is to set up a trading account with us. To do this, you need to complete a simple form and return with a copy of some photo ID. The ID is only used for verification purposes and is destroyed once this has been confirmed.
A member of our team will then contact you to confirm your Debtor ID/Account Number for referencing when placing your orders via email or telephone.
Alternatively, you can request an order through our website and these details, including your delivery address, will be stored in your account section.
The second step is to request an order.
Once your order request has been received, our team will process this for you.
The third step is confirmation and payment.
Once our team have processed your order, they will be in touch to discuss your delivery/collection options and to take payment if required.
If you have a credit limit with us, we will process your order to despatch providing there is enough room within your credit limit and there are no outstanding invoices. Your order will then be despatched for delivery on the date of your choice.
Orders placed between 8am-12noon can be delivered the next working day on our Express Delivery Service for only £5 extra!
Orders placed after 12noon can be delivered within two working days on our Standard Service.
If you want to save a few pounds, orders can be delivered within three working days on our Economy Service.

You also have the option to collect from our warehouse in Peterborough. Orders placed before 12noon can be collected from 2pm that same day! Any orders after this time can be collected the next working day.
