Following the successful launch last November of LalBrew™ New England East Coast Ale dry yeast the demand was so overwhelming that stocks have unfortunately run out.
Lallemand are working hard to increased production but its range of premium dry yeasts are produced to the highest quality standards and have to undergo numerous testing before any new lots can be released. It is anticipated that stocks will be completely replenished by early March 2018 at the latest.
