First released from HRI Wye in 2004, Boadicea is a hedgerow variety noted for its resistance to aphids and other hop diseases making it a low pesticide use hop. Mid range alphas combined with light grassy aromas make it a good choice for dry-hopping. 
 
Disease: Highly aphid resistant. Resistant to wilt and downy mildew
Alpha: 7.5 - 10%
Beta: 3.2 - 4.2%
Co-H: 23 - 29% of alpha acids
Total Oil: 1.4 - 2.2 mL/100g
Aroma: Specific aroma descriptors include mild floral and spicy characteristics with slightly grassy overtones.
