Our parent company GrainCorp will shortly be sending out a questionnaire inviting all Brewers Select Customers and craft brewers to participate in a survey to identify ways of improving our service to you.
 
The survey is completely confidential but if you wish, you can agree to be identified at the end.
 
It would be greatly appreciated if you could put a few minutes aside to offer your views on the Brewers Select product range, prices, services and website.
 
Thanks to feedback received in our last survey, we implemented the following - 
  • Website under development for 2018 introduction
  • Doubled our team within customer services 
  • Improved customer contact details handling, regular news email, regular website offers, customer brochure 
  • Delivery tracking introduced for pallet orders
  • New 25kg malt bag and pallet design to greatly improve load stability
  • Paper bags on some products removed
  • New storage, picking and distribution capacity added through the summer 2017
