Description
Provides a spicy citrus aroma with hints of grapefruit. Well suited to a host of beers, and particularly popular in APAs. Originally developed through open pollination of English Fuggles and Serebrianka (Russia), and named after the Cascade mountain Range, running from northern California to British Columbia, Canada.
